Para todos los que estéis o paséis por Madrid, os sugerimos visitar la exposición sobre Goerge Meliès ubicada en Caixa Forum.¿Que quién es George Meliès? Pues nada más y nada menos que uno de los precursores de los efectos especiales y el cine fantástico. Un interesante personaje que experimentó y amplió los límites y posiblidades en los inicios del Séptimo Arte. Algunas de sus películas e imaginería se han convertido en iconos, seguro que os resultan familiares.
Además de profundizar en la figura de Meliès, podremos realizar un exhaustivo recorrido a través de los diferentes artilugios e inventos que se fueron desarrollando durante los siglos XVIII y XIX, para finalmente dar origen al nacimiento del cine tal y como hoy lo conocemos.
Realmente amena y entrentenida, ¡sobre todo si váis acompañados de los pequeños de la casa!

For those that are or will be in Madrid, we suggest visiting the George Meliès exhibition that is taking place in Caixa Forum.
Who is George Méliès? None other than one of the fathers of special effects and Fantasy cinema. A very interesting character that experimented and pushed forward the limits and posiblilities in the early years of the Seventh Art. Some of his movies and images have become icons, sure they'll be familiar to you.
Besides going deept into the figure of Méliès, we can take a thorough tour through the diverse devices and inventions developed during the XVIII & XIX centuries, to ultimately trigger off the cinema as we know it nowadays.
Really fun and entertaining, specially if you go with the littles ones of the house!
